Being a finalist at the Master Builder’s Excellence in Housing Awards, the “Allure” design boasts an array of design features that create a real "wow factor" in every room.

Highlighted by large, open-plan living spaces that surround a large covered outdoor entertaining area, the range includes designs from 39 to 47 squares with both ground and first floor Master Bedroom options and designs to suit a 15.24m (50 feet) block width.
